• As a Senior Software Engineer - Growth Team Lead, you will own the design, delivery, and operation of critical systems within a platform-wide growth engine.
• You will work across attribution, retention, dynamic bonuses, and affiliate tooling to build scalable solutions that support growth at international scale.
• The role goes beyond individual feature development, giving you ownership of complex projects where architecture and execution require strong technical judgment.
• You will shape engineering standards, improve reliability, and create systems designed to evolve with future business needs.
• As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, influence product and design decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity effectively.
• You will also translate technical risks into clear business implications and ensure stakeholders understand trade-offs early.
