Senior Software Engineer - IAM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - IAM based in Brazil.

• This role sits at the heart of a critical Identity and Access Management engineering function, protecting access across a large-scale technology ecosystem.
• You’ll design, build, and evolve centralized authentication and authorization platforms that handle millions of requests every day.
• The position combines distributed systems, security engineering, API design, scalability, and high-performance software development.
• You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to create secure and reliable paths for user-to-service and service-to-service communication.
• As a senior engineer, you’ll have ownership across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
• You’ll also contribute to engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, incident response, and operational best practices.
• The team operates in a remote-first environment across Brazil, with opportunities to work from home, offices, or partner coworking spaces.
