Job Description:

ROLE DEFINITION

• •test, design, support, deploy advanced technology solutions of small scale.
• •work independently and apply advanced engineering skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables.
• •understand the software requirements, contribute to estimations, and ensure quality for high level solution design of intermediate complexity.
• •have gained intermediate functional knowledge that supports me in my deliveries
• •participate in test scripts/scenarios reviews and ensure quality governance.
• •apply my business knowledge in designing the test scripts and scenarios
• •contribute to interviewing and assessing candidates to help us build a diverse and talented team and may act as a mentor to new hires, interns, or more junior engineers.
• •am in the mainstream of engineering events. Able to contribute.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• •Advanced engineering, system administration, quality engineering (QE), support & testing of small-sized projects.
• •Understanding of Life Insurance and Related Concepts and how these are applied to Business Applications
• •Ability to design high level complexity automation scripts with zero error (e.g.- using existing automation tools, frameworks),
• •Effectively utilize multiple software development and deployment methodologies e.g., along with ensuring secure coding practices, best practices of testing and Agile/ DevOps principles
• •identify continuous improvement opportunities in the existing solutions and drive implementation.
• •act as a test scripts reviewer and apply best practices for optimal test solutions.
• •act as a first point of contact and resolve technical issues/impediments for QEI. Basic engineering, system administration, quality engineering (QE), support, and testing.
• •Contribute to test automation for regression suites
• •Solid experience in two or more test automation framework and tools framework (e.g., Tosca, Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Ready API, Rest Assured,)
• •Strong knowledge and experience in DevOps and/or Cloud JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Mobile Testing
