Senior Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect based in Ireland.

• This is a senior, customer-facing technical role focused on helping enterprise customers move complex AI voice solutions from architecture through production.
• You’ll own post-sales technical engagements across EMEA, solving challenging integration, performance, deployment, and reliability problems.
• The role combines solutions architecture, hands-on engineering, technical consulting, and Tier-3 troubleshooting.
• You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations to turn customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• You’ll also contribute to pre-sales discovery, proof-of-concepts, technical documentation, automation, and reusable implementation patterns.
• The environment is remote, international, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, with an emphasis on practical execution and operational excellence.
• The role requires comfort working across code, containers, cloud infrastructure, APIs, security, and enterprise production environments.
