The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Solutions Consultant to bring our PreventionFirst Platform to electric utilities. This is not just another pre-sales role; it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our most strategic prospects and customers, architecting solutions that directly address their toughest challenges. In this role, you will be at the forefront, translating complex business needs into powerful, actionable stories that demonstrate how AiDASH's PreventionFirst Platform secures tomorrow through climate resilience and operational excellence.

Our pending acquisition by Schneider Electric will accelerate our mission as we bring our combined offering to our joint customer base and deliver bigger customer outcomes than we could on our own.

Location: Palo Alto, CA (hybrid/2 days per week in the office) OR USA, r emote (near a major airport)

How you'll make an impact:

Discover and shape the story: Engage deeply with prospects to understand their business goals and pain points, then craft and deliver a compelling narrative that shows exactly how AiDASH’s PreventionFirst Platform will solve their problems and deliver ROI

Win the technical sale: This could involve solutions architecture deep dives to map out how our platform would integrate with mission critical applications, to using low-code tools to create and deliver highly tailored demos

Create tailored impact: Build and present customer-facing materials (demos, slides, RFP responses etc.), that are deeply tailored and aligned with our product roadmap

Drive results across teams: Rally cross-functional AiDASH teams to develop polished, winning proposals that win new business

Be the expert: Guide customers through technical questions and challenges, leveraging your deep knowledge of our platform and the competitive landscape

Shape the future: Partner with Product team to ensure customer insights directly influence our roadmap

Stay ahead: Continuously learn about industry trends and competitor offerings to keep AiDASH at the cutting edge

What we're looking for:

Competencies

Consultative approach to understand customer’s business, goals, and challenges and how to partner with them to use our technology to achieve their business outcomes

Solutions-oriented problem solver who gravitates towards the “art of what is possible” even in ambiguous situations

Strong technically allowing you to configure tailored demos with low/no-code tools and have productive solution architecture discussions with clients

Exceptional storyteller enabling you to craft and deliver a compelling narrative that can resonate with both executives and blue-collar workers via live discussion, slides, and written documents/proposals

Use and enhance our AI tool stack to improve your and others’ productivity

Possess strong, detail-oriented project management skills that enable effective leadership of cross-functional teams for key account initiatives and meticulous tracking of specifics across a diverse project portfolio

Experience

8+ years of work experience, including in a technical domain

At least 3 years in a customer-facing role

Electric u tility industry experience preferred, but not required

We offer a competitive annual pay range of $220,000 to $260,000 for this full-time position, which includes a base salary and bonus based on performance. This range reflects the anticipated annual pay range (base + bonus) for new hires. We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards.
