In this role, you will support ChristianaCare Health System in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care by driving contract utilization and implementing Vizient supply chain solutions. You will partner closely with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to execute strategic client workplans, translate spend analytics into actionable recommendations, and optimize contract performance. You will cultivate trusted client relationships and align Vizient tools, resources, and solutions with ChristianaCare Health System’s strategic goals to deliver measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities:

• •Execute client workplans through data analysis, opportunity identification, and development of actionable recommendations.
• •Utilize Vizient analytical tools to interpret complex spend data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into client insights.
• •Activate and optimize Vizient national and committed GPO contracts to increase contract utilization, cost savings, and value realization.
• •Cultivate trusted client relationships by understanding priorities, communicating insights, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives.
• •Facilitate client meetings and related activities that strengthen engagement and increase utilization of Vizient tools, contracts, and resources.
• •Apply knowledge of Vizient tools, contract performance management, and data analysis to identify and address opportunities across the client portfolio.
• •Apply structured change management approaches to advance initiatives and adapt to evolving client priorities.
• •Collaborate with the Spend Executive, Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions aligned with client goals.
• •Apply problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment to resolve complex client and internal questions independently.

Qualifications:

• •Relevant degree preferred.
• •5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• •Experience in supply chain, purchasing, contract management, data analysis, or related healthcare functions preferred.
• •Proficiency with analytical tools and ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• •Knowledge of contract performance management, contract utilization, and supply chain optimization concepts.
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• •Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and PowerPoint.
• •Demonstrated problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.
• •Must work onsite at the client site.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
