• This is a senior legal and policy role supporting local elected officials across a diverse national network.
• The position combines legal research, policy analysis, strategic advising, and movement-oriented advocacy.
• A major focus will be advancing immigrant justice through collaboration with local, state, and national partners.
• The role will also contribute to work across economic justice, housing, public safety, local democracy, and home rule.
• You will develop practical resources, advise members on complex policy questions, and help navigate state and federal preemption.
• The position offers opportunities to shape programs, lead working groups, and collaborate directly with leaders and impacted communities.
• This fully remote role requires regular travel to in-person events and reports to the Managing Director, Legal and Policy.
