Senior/Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer based in the United States.

• This role offers the opportunity to shape digital products supporting U.S. Air Force modernization and organizational transformation.
• You’ll work across legacy modernization, new capability development, and established platforms in complex multi-vendor environments.
• As a primary advocate for users, you’ll influence both what gets built and how it is designed.
• You’ll own UI/UX design while contributing to research, product strategy, and end-to-end product development.
• The work combines human-centered design, systems thinking, and lean-agile delivery in a changing government environment.
• You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and government partners to create meaningful, accessible experiences.
• This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to Air Force bases across the United States.
