Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack

You will work within a cross-functional team alongside product managers, designers, user researchers, engineers, and other specialists to create secure, reliable, and user-centered software. The role emphasizes technical excellence, lean-agile engineering practices, and thoughtful use of modern technologies and open-source solutions. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will also help identify technical debt and system risks while designing pragmatic solutions that improve performance and maintainability.
