Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Statutory Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in maintaining our financial integrity across diverse legal entities by managing end-to-end statutory reporting and compliance operations. As a trusted partner to external auditors and cross-functional teams, your work directly ensures our ongoing stability and operational excellence, supporting Iron Mountain's commitment to precision and trust. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities )

In this role, you will:

• •Lead Statutory Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and completion of year-end statutory financial statements and disclosures under Local GAAP and IFRS across multiple legal entities.
• •Manage Audit Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, coordinating schedules, fulfilling audit requests, and resolving complex accounting issues.
• •Drive Legal Entity Controllership: Direct balance sheet reconciliations, statutory adjustments, and US GAAP/IFRS to Local GAAP reconciliations.
• •Ensure Regulatory & Tax Compliance: Direct local regulatory reporting and statistical filings while collaborating with tax teams on corporate income tax and indirect tax filings (VAT/GST).
• •Optimise Accounting Processes: Identify opportunities to automate statutory reporting workflows, standardise financial processes, and uphold robust internal controls.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications )

The ideal candidate will have:

• •5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years dedicated to statutory financial reporting and legal entity compliance.
• •Strong knowledge of Local GAAP, IFRS, and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• •Active professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
