Senior Strategic Execution Director

• This senior revenue execution role is responsible for converting committed customer orders into executable projects and recognized revenue.
• You’ll manage a high-value portfolio of delayed, unscheduled, or at-risk orders across strategic U.S. and Canadian accounts.
• The role combines executive customer engagement, revenue forecasting, project recovery, and cross-functional leadership.
• You’ll work directly with senior healthcare, financial, operational, facilities, and technology stakeholders to remove barriers to execution.
• Internally, you’ll coordinate Sales, Service, Finance, Commercial Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, and other teams without relying on direct authority.
• Success is measured through predictable revenue delivery, accurate forecasting, backlog conversion, and rapid resolution of execution risks.
• With up to 30% travel, this is an influential role for an experienced leader who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments.
