Senior Structural Technician

Overview

AtkinsRéalis one of the world’s leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland. We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician with BIM / Revit & AutoCAD and skills, with proven experience in the successful delivery of Structural Project BIM/CAD outputs required immediately to work as a team member in our Dublin office.

Your role

Assisting Structural Team on concept design development and detailed design for a range of projects including education, healthcare, commercial office, housing, life science & leisure projects.

About you

• •Good knowledge of Structural engineering and proficiency in BIM / Revit & AutoCAD and CADS RC required.
• •Experience in preparation of structural engineering drawings / models.
• •Working within a BIM environment, CDE knowledge essential.
• •Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• •Mentoring of junior staff.
• •Coordination with internal multi-disciplinary projects teams.
• •Liaising with external clients and design teams.
• •Flexible approach with ability to be able to multi-task and prioritise when necessary.
• •Positive outlook and approachable manner.
• •Must be a proactive and motivated self-starter.
• •Capable of working on their own or as part of team.
