Senior Systems Engineer

• This role provides technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and Microsoft platforms.
• You will supervise a small systems team while helping define the architecture, roadmap, and operational standards for critical enterprise systems.
• The position combines hands-on engineering with strategic planning to improve reliability, performance, security, and supportability.
• You will work across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, VMware, enterprise storage, backup, and automation technologies.
• The role also involves close collaboration with cybersecurity, vendors, partners, and neighboring technical teams.
• You will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while maintaining strong documentation, monitoring, and operational readiness.
