• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Engineer to lead multidisciplinary system engineering activities for innovative medical device products. The role involves driving system architecture, leading feasibility research activities followed by the ownership of requirements definition, technical risk management and cross-functional integration definition throughout the product lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a systems-thinking mindset and has experience working with complex products involving hardware, firmware, wireless communication and algorithms.
• This position will play a key role in both sustaining existing products and developing next-generation technologies from concept through commercialization.

Primary responsibilities:

• •Lead system architecture, requirements definition. Translate user, clinical, business, and regulatory needs into clear, traceable system requirements and specifications.
• •Drive cross-functional collaboration across product , marketing , HW, FW, SW, AI and DQA teams.
• •Own system-level integration and performance evaluation activities throughout product development.
• •Identify technical risks, perform root-cause investigations and technical trade-off analyses. develop reliable analysis strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
• •Support technology innovation, feasibility studies and evaluation of new technologies and system concepts.

Required qualifications:

• •BSc / MSc in HW\SW\Bio-Technology engineering.
• •8 years of proven experience in System Engineering of medical devices with strong background in Firmware and Software.
• •Fluent communication skill in verbal and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience with clinical and regulation activities.
• •Strong systems-thinking, analytical problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complexity and technical uncertainty.
• •Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution across disciplines.
