Nordic’s Talent Acquisition team connects specialized healthcare technology professionals with opportunities to help healthcare organizations improve through better systems, strategies, and outcomes. Nordic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Staffing – Epic & Healthcare IT to support the delivery of Epic and healthcare IT consulting talent across client engagements and strategic initiatives. This individual will partner closely with Staffing, Delivery, Sales, and Practice leaders to build talent pipelines, identify qualified consultants, and align specialized talent with project demand.

The ideal candidate brings extensive healthcare IT recruiting experience, a proven track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent, strong industry relationships, and the ability to align sourcing strategies with evolving business and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pipelines of Epic and healthcare IT consultants across clinical, revenue cycle, technical, data and analytics, and leadership specialties.

Proactively source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, talent databases, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.

Partner with Staffing and Delivery teams to understand project demand and identify qualified talent for client engagements.

Qualify consultants based on skills, certifications, availability, project experience, and client requirements.

Build and maintain pipelines for current openings, anticipated project demand, managed services needs, and long-term strategic capabilities, maintaining relationships with qualified candidates whose experience or availability does not align with an immediate opportunity.

Apply labor market insights to expand talent pools and develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

Maintain accurate candidate and consultant information within recruiting and CRM systems.

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up.

Stay informed about Epic and healthcare IT talent-market developments, including skill scarcity, implementation activity, optimization demand, consulting trends, and candidate movement.

Use recruiting data to identify pipeline gaps, process delays, declining candidate engagement, and project-fulfillment risks.

Serve as an informed and credible ambassador for Nordic, its culture, business, career opportunities, and employee value proposition to deliver a high – quality candidate experience.

Partner with Marketing and other internal teams on recruitment marketing, talent events, campaigns, content, and employer-branding initiatives.

Skills and Experience

5+ years of healthcare IT recruiting, and sourcing, including the recruitment of project-based consultants and professionals across multiple disciplines and experience levels, strongly preferred.

Direct experience sourcing and recruiting Epic-certified or Epic-experienced professionals strongly preferred.

Knowledge of Epic applications, healthcare IT project environments, and consulting workforce models strongly preferred.

Experience recruiting for healthcare consulting, managed services, payer, provider, or healthcare technology organizations strongly preferred.

Proven success building pipelines in competitive and specialized talent markets.

Deep understanding of industry-specific talent market trends, recruiting strategy development and candidate sourcing and pipelining.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and responsiveness.

Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools to support candidate research, talent sourcing, personalized outreach, market intelligence, content development, and workflow efficiency strongly preferred.
