🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM / Commercial

📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

📍Hybrid - San Francisco

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their go-to-market and sales hiring. You'll need to know how to hire enterprise-level SaaS sales and marketing people for a global fintech/payments organisation.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas

Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions

Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers

Source top talent through creative and strategic methods

Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience

Drive continuous improvement in how we hire

Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

🔍 What You Bring:

5+ years in full-cycle recruitment

Track record in GTM hiring on a global scale

Confident working independently and managing stakeholders

Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools

Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
