About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines across our technical and business roles.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is an expert in talent sourcing automation and knows how to use tools such as Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage exceptional candidates at scale.

You should be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and meticulous about keeping job requirements, search criteria, candidate information, and pipeline activity accurate and transparent.

Responsibilities

Build targeted candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles

Use Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates

Create and manage automated sourcing workflows and outreach campaigns

Translate job requirements into clear, accurate, and effective sourcing strategies

Keep job requirements, candidate criteria, and search progress documented and transparent

Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, tags, and pipeline stages in Ashby

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and improve candidate quality

Track outreach performance, response rates, and pipeline conversion

Identify pipeline gaps and adjust sourcing strategies quickly

Personalize outreach while maintaining the speed and volume required in a fast-growing company

Continuously test new sourcing tools, workflows, and automation strategies

Qualifications

5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment

Deep experience sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles

Strong knowledge of talent automation and AI-powered sourcing workflows

Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools

Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to pipeline management

Ability to clearly document job requirements, sourcing criteria, and search progress

Strong written communication and candidate outreach skills

Confidence partnering with recruiters and hiring managers

Ability to work independently, move quickly, and manage multiple searches at once

Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours

Job Details

This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position.

The role can be remote if you are available to work Pacific Time hours, or onsite at our Redwood City office.

Compensation ranges from approximately $2,150–$4,250 USD per month.

Final compensation will depend on your experience and location.

Interview Process

Introductory Call: A brief conversation about your background, sourcing experience, and interest in Retell AI.

Sourcing Deep Dive: A hands-on discussion or exercise focused on how you would build a sourcing strategy, use automation, and develop a qualified candidate pipeline for a specific role.
