How You’ll Make an Impact

• •Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
• •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• •Use market intelligence data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
• •Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• •Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• •Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.

Your Background

• •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
• •Authorized to work in the United States.
• •Extensive experience in sourcing for Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
• •Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• •Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
