You will own highly specialized searches and build pipelines within some of the most competitive technical talent markets. Working closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, and research teams, you will translate complex requirements into focused recruiting strategies. The position combines strategic talent partnership with hands-on sourcing, candidate assessment, and end-to-end recruiting ownership. You will also advise hiring teams on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
