Who You Are
You are a senior wireless engineering professional who combines deep technical expertise with a consulting mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You are comfortable owning complex enterprise wireless engagements from discovery and architecture through implementation, validation, optimization, and operational transition.
You bring deep expertise in RF design and enterprise WLAN technologies while understanding the broader networking, identity, and infrastructure environments that wireless solutions depend on. You communicate confidently with customers, translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations, and know how to lead technical conversations when requirements or conditions are ambiguous.
Beyond delivering great work yourself, you make the engineers around you better. You enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge, developing standards, and creating repeatable approaches that improve how an entire practice delivers.
About The Role
As a Senior Wireless Network Engineer within our Professional Services team, you will serve as a senior technical leader for Myriad360's Enterprise Mobility practice. You will architect, design, survey, deploy, validate, optimize, and troubleshoot complex enterprise wireless environments while providing technical leadership throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
Working closely with customers, Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Project Leads, Project Managers, Delivery Operations, and fellow engineers, you will lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, cutovers, and operational transition for complex wireless initiatives.
You will also play an important role in developing Myriad360's Enterprise Mobility capabilities by mentoring engineers, establishing technical standards, creating reusable delivery assets, and continuously improving how wireless services are designed and delivered.
This role directly impacts customer success, technical delivery quality, engineering development, and the continued growth of Myriad360's Enterprise Mobility practice.
This position requires travel to customer locations for wireless surveys, implementations, workshops, and other project activities, including occasional after-hours maintenance windows.
Must be based in the United States.
Other responsibilities include:
Wireless Architecture & Design

Develop wireless architectures supporting complex enterprise environments, including high-density, voice, location services, and business-critical applications
Perform RF design, capacity planning, channel planning, and wireless performance analysis
Translate customer requirements and RF findings into actionable technical designs and implementation strategies
Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOW) inputs, and other solution documentation
Wireless Surveys & RF Engineering
Plan and execute predictive, passive, active, AP-on-a-stick, validation, and spectrum-analysis surveys
Utilize Ekahau Pro and Ekahau Sidekick to perform enterprise wireless design, survey, validation, and troubleshooting activities
Analyze RF coverage, capacity, interference, channel utilization, roaming, and application performance
Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex RF and WLAN performance issues
Develop comprehensive survey reports and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Establish and improve repeatable survey methodologies and RF engineering standards
Implementation & Optimization
Lead deployment, migration, upgrade, and modernization of enterprise wireless environments
Configure and validate wireless controllers, access points, cloud-managed WLAN platforms, switches, and supporting infrastructure
Lead implementation planning, technical cutovers, testing, and post-deployment validation
Develop implementation plans, test plans, rollback procedures, and operational transition documentation
Optimize existing wireless environments based on RF analysis, customer requirements, and application performance
Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex wireless and network-related issues
Enterprise Networking & Security Integration
Design wireless solutions that integrate effectively with enterprise switching, routing, identity, security, and segmentation architectures
Support integrations involving DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, NAC, and identity platforms
Collaborate with Networking and Security engineers to develop end-to-end enterprise connectivity solutions
