Senior Workday Analyst, Platform & Security

We're seeking a Senior Workday Analyst, Platform & Security to help administer, enhance, and optimize our Workday environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced Workday professional who enjoys solving complex business problems through reporting, security, integrations, and platform administration. You'll partner with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operations, decision-making, and employee experience.

• •Can independently manage priorities and move work from concept to execution.

What We're Looking For

• •Experience supporting Workday in an HRIS, People Technology, or Workday Systems role; customer-side experience in a lean team environment preferred.
• •Advanced experience building and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• •Experience administering and troubleshooting Workday security.
• •Working knowledge of Workday integrations, EIBs, and data movement processes.
• •Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and production deployments.
• •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions.
• •Workday certification(s) preferred.
