About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Workplace Manager to own the site and employee experience across our growing network of Spark and colocation data center sites. These are remote workplaces without a coordinator on the ground, so you'll build the standards, systems, and vendor relationships that keep sites running and employees supported without daily physical presence.

This role partners closely with the broader workplace team, Construction, Facilities, Operations, and Security.

This is a full-time role requiring candidates to work onsite in our offices in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO. It also involves regular travel (up to 50%, including international) for site mobilizations and quality control visits.

What You'll Be Working On:

Lead the buildout of the Colocation & Spark workplace program, partnering on standards, service levels, and mobilization playbooks so each new site opens ready and on a repeatable model, rather than one at a time from scratch

Own day-to-day workplace operations across the portfolio, establishing the systems, reporting, and remote-monitoring cadence that keep sites functional and issues visible without a coordinator physically on-site

Manage vendor and, for colocation sites, landlord relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for facilities, maintenance, service issues, and contract performance, with clear escalation paths for emergencies

Own the workplace budget across the portfolio, including forecasting, vendor spend, and cost optimization that doesn't compromise the employee experience

Deliver a strong site and employee experience for dispersed teams at each location, including planning your own travel around mobilizations, executive visits, and periodic quality checks

Bring Crusoe's broader People and Workplace strategy to a distributed footprint, adapting programs and communications built for large single offices to remote teams

Ensure a hospitality-caliber visitor experience at every site: even without being there day-to-day, make sure executive visits, guests, and new hires are met with the same warmth and polish as any Crusoe office, orchestrated through site vendors, advance planning, and clear on-the-ground points of contact

Own food, beverage, and office amenities programs across the portfolio, managing snack and catering vendors remotely and building events and moments of connection for distributed teams

Hire, manage, and develop the Colocation & Spark Workplace Coordinator team as it grows both domestically and internationally, setting priorities and a consistent standard of service across sites

Travel to sites to support executive, VIP, and prospective client visits, coordinating logistics and on-the-ground details in advance so tours run smoothly and reflect well on Crusoe

What You'll Bring to the Team:

7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or site operations, spanning multiple locations rather than a single office, and ideally at a fast-growing company

Experience building a program, standard, or playbook without an established precedent to follow

Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and landlord or building-management relationships

Experience managing and developing direct reports, with a focus on accountability and service, including comfort managing a team spread across multiple countries and time zones

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable partnering across People, Construction, Facilities, Operations, IT, and Security

Comfortable substituting systems and remote monitoring for daily physical presence, with sound judgment on when a problem needs a site visit

Highly organized and comfortable operating independently, solving problems, and building structure in an environment without established playbooks

A hands-on operator who takes ownership and is motivated by building something from the ground up

Willing and able to travel regularly for mobilizations and site visits

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $140,000 - $170,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
