- ROLE : Team Leader - SEO
- LOCATION : Mumbai (Marol-Andheri)
- WORKING DAYS : Monday to Friday
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better SERP ranking.
- Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO improvements.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.
- Prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports.
- SKILL REQUIRED & QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience as an SEO Team Leader.
- Total SEO experience of 5–6 years.
- Expertise in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.
- Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- PREFERRED CANDIDATE :
- Experience in Pharma or Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to train and guide junior SEO team members.
