SEO Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies, content optimization, and technical improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional SEO and an understanding of emerging AI SEO, GEO, and AEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.

Optimize website content, landing pages, internal linking, and site structure.

Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for AI-powered search.

Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.

Improve topical authority, semantic SEO, entity visibility, and content discoverability.

Monitor SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Conduct regular SEO audits and identify opportunities for growth.

Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and evolving SEO practices.

Candidate Attributes

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.

Strong understanding of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Content SEO.

Working knowledge of AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and LLM-driven search.

Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, or similar tools.

Good understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, topical authority, and structured data.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

Ability to adapt to new AI-powered search trends and SEO technologies.
