Serialization Project Manager

Location: Krakow, Poland, 4 days onsite from 2027

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects across Galderma’s serialization and traceability environment.

You will take ownership of project planning, delivery, budget, risks and stakeholder communication, working closely with the wider project team and Galderma PMO. The role sits within serialization today, with the potential to support other IT for Operations projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead projects from planning through to delivery and close.
• •Own project timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues and actions.
• •Coordinate project teams and ensure clear accountability across activities.
• •Prepare and lead project governance and steering committee meetings.
• •Monitor delivery against scope, timelines and budget.
• •Manage project reporting and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• •Work closely with the Galderma PMO and follow established project methodology.
• •Support resource planning, budget management and project prioritisation.
• •Build strong relationships across IT, business teams, vendors and external partners.

Ideally you will have

• •Strong experience managing complex IT or technology projects.
• •Proven ownership of budgets, timelines, risks and project delivery.
• •Experience working with PMO teams and structured project methodologies.
• •Strong experience with waterfall project delivery, with Agile experience also beneficial.
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Comfortable leading steering committees and senior stakeholder discussions.
• •Able to work collaboratively while maintaining clear ownership for delivery.
• •Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, supply chain or another regulated environment is desirable.
• •Knowledge of serialization and traceability would be an advantage.
