What You’ll Do

• •Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to guests
• •Greet guests, present menus, and communicate daily specials
• •Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
• •Serve food and beverages, ensuring quality and accuracy
• •Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to requests
• •Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards
• •Perform side work and maintain clean, organized service stations
• •Stock supplies including condiments, tableware, and beverages
• •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area
• •Support team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous server or restaurant experience preferred
• •Strong guest service and communication skills
• •Experience with POS systems preferred
• •Knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plus
• •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• •Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• •Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• •Frequent lifting and carrying of trays (up to 25 lbs, occasionally more)
• •Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift

Work Environment

• •Indoor and outdoor restaurant setting
• •Moderate to loud noise levels during peak service
• •High-volume, guest-focused environment
