Job Responsibilities:

Greet and consult with customers professionally

Listen to customer concerns and document repairs accurately

Conduct pre-write-up vehicle inspections

Coordinate with technicians and parts for efficient repairs

Provide repair estimates and explain services to clients

Schedule appointments and manage workflow

Keep customers updated on repair progress

Process payments and review completed services

Build lasting customer relationships

Qualifications / Requirements:

2+ years service advisor experience preferred; will train the right candidate

Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills

Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance

Positive attitude and team-oriented
