The role:

Working as a Service Advisor alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated service team, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of delivering the high standards BMW customers expect and deserve.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• •Managing customer service and repair requirements in a professional and timely manner
• •Coordinating workshop bookings to ensure efficient utilisation
• •Providing regular customer updates and maintaining strong relationships
• •Accurately preparing and costing invoices in line with company standards
• •Supporting workshop productivity and service performance targets
• •Participating in ongoing manufacturer and internal training programs

To be successful in this role you will have:

• •Experience in a similar customer-facing or Service Advisor role
• •Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• •Strong organisational and time management skills
• •Solid computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems desirable)
• •A proactive, motivated and customer-focused mindset
• •A current and valid driver’s licence
