WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up through vehicle return

Translate technical repair findings on a sophisticated JLR platform into clear, confident guest communication -- setting accurate expectations and earning authorization through honest recommendations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Deliver a consistent, professional Land Rover-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or comparable customer service backgrounds encouraged to apply

Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury European brand experience a strong plus -- the JLR platform is technically sophisticated and familiarity accelerates your effectiveness from day one

Clear, composed communicator -- Land Rover San Francisco guests are high-expectation and the advisor who earns their trust does so through consistency, not charm alone

Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable at this level

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning luxury guests

Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
