Join us as Service Delivery Engineer on our Professional Services Deploy Team in Cairo, Egypt to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

As Service Delivery Engineer , you will work with external customers and contribute to developing integrated end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals. You will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions and deliver the solution hands-on

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key Responsibilities :

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in a professional role
  • Advanced writing skills and a proven ability to document processes
  • Exceptional customer handling skills
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in Dell and industry solutions in any of the following:
  • Networking and switches (L2, L3, SoNic switches, Cisco, brocade)
  • Data protection solutions (Data Domain, Networker, Avamar, PPDM, CRS, vProtect, CyberSense); multi-product experience.
  • Azure stack HCI, VMware and Nutanix
