What You Will Be Doing

Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way

Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions

Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
