What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.

Service and install water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, sump pumps, ejector pumps, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.

Repair water lines, drain lines, leaks, valves, and related plumbing components.

Perform plumbing inspections and identify code, safety, or performance concerns.

Explain findings and provide homeowners with appropriate repair and replacement options.

Prepare accurate estimates and complete service documentation using company software.

Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, local requirements, and company standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work area while protecting customers’ homes.

Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and other field teams to complete jobs efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

3 or more years of residential plumbing service and repair experience.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, fixtures, and applicable codes.

Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to explain technical findings and available options clearly to homeowners.

Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.

Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience preferred.

Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to perform physical work in basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
