This Position reports to:

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service Division at Nashik, India

• You will be mainly accountable for
• •Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
• •Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• •Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• •Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization

Qualifications for the role

• •Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)
• •Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding, Costing and Estimation of MV Switchgear
• •Strong knowledge of AIS, GIS, Protection Relays, and Circuit Breakers.

After-sales service experience preferred, particularly in Data Center projects .

• •Experience coordinating with Sales and handling enquiries, product costing, payment terms, warranty, price evaluation, margins, and tender deviations.
• •Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
