Job Responsibilities:

• •Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• •Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• •Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• •Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be a top candidate you will:

• •Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• •Pass a criminal background check.
• •Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• •Must be 18 years of age or older.
