ServiceNow FSO Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for financial services and customer service operations. You will work across application development, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and platform configuration to deliver scalable business solutions. The position requires deep hands-on ServiceNow expertise combined with practical experience in FSO or CSM implementations. You will build custom applications, develop automated workflows, and connect ServiceNow with external platforms through Integration Hub and API-led architectures. The role also involves partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for automation. You will help strengthen platform governance while leveraging AI and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
