ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant based in Canada.

• As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead complex platform implementations from initial requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• You’ll serve as a hands-on technical owner, combining solution design and platform development with delivery leadership.
• The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, with a strong focus on HRSD.
• You’ll work directly with stakeholders and project teams to design effective workflows, integrations, data structures, and platform configurations.
• Your expertise will help ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices and deliver long-term value.
• You’ll also contribute to project planning, risk management, knowledge sharing, and the development of junior consultants.
