ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist based in the United States.

• This role focuses on configuring and implementing approved ServiceNow capabilities for a Federal Agency in a structured, enterprise environment.
• You’ll translate validated requirements and technical designs into scalable platform configurations, workflows, integrations, and automation.
• The position offers broad exposure across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, IntegrationHub, SPM, Performance Analytics, and App Engine.
• You’ll contribute to controlled releases, testing, production deployments, troubleshooting, and operational handoffs.
• The role also emphasizes maintainability, technical-debt reduction, reusable solutions, and out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality.
• You’ll collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, analysts, operations teams, and customer stakeholders.
• This is a fully remote opportunity with a defined late implementation window and planned after-hours or on-call support as needed.
