ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect based in United States.

• This is a senior architecture role focused on designing, implementing, optimizing, and governing ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities at enterprise scale.
• You will establish a scalable CMDB foundation aligned with CSDM principles and enterprise configuration management practices.
• The role covers ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB governance, data quality, integrations, and service modeling.
• You will work across infrastructure, applications, cloud, network, security, asset management, ITSM, and AIOps environments.
• The position combines strategic architecture and roadmap ownership with hands-on technical configuration and troubleshooting.
• You will help improve the accuracy, usability, and sustainability of enterprise technology data and service relationships.
• This is a remote opportunity with up to 25% travel and availability required for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
