As a Services Delivery Manager, you’ll lead operational delivery across a professional services organisation supporting enterprise cybersecurity projects throughout India. You’ll oversee consultants delivering complex security implementations, migrations, upgrades, and customer engagements. The role combines people leadership, resource planning, delivery governance, customer management, and operational strategy in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with customers, sales, solution engineering, technical support, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You’ll also drive consultant development, utilisation, certification, and career progression while identifying opportunities to strengthen service offerings. A key part of the role involves managing critical escalations and ensuring effective communication and resolution across stakeholders.
