SES Project Lead

• The SES Project Lead will drive the successful delivery of Site Enablement Solutions across the full lifecycle of clinical research projects.
• The role focuses on coordinating strategy, resources, operations, and delivery across complex, multi-region studies and programs.
• You will act as an internal consultant and key partner to study teams and sponsors, providing strategic guidance and progress updates.
• The position combines project leadership with responsibility for budgets, KPIs, quality, timelines, and overall service performance.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize site adoption, resource placement, risk management, and operational execution.
