1. 生產設備維護與異常處理
- 負責輪班期間設備監控及即時異常處理。
- 執行設備故障分析與故障排除（ Troubleshooting ）。
- 提供第一線技術支援，縮短設備復機時間（ MTTR ）。
- 協助設備緊急叫修及供應商聯繫。
2. 設備稼動率改善
- 監控設備運行狀況並分析停機原因。
- 推動設備改善專案以提升 OEE （ Overall Equipment Effectiveness ）。
- 執行設備可靠度改善及預防措施。
3. 預防保養管理
- 執行設備 PM （ Preventive Maintenance ）。
- 確保保養品質與保養時程符合要求。
- 追蹤設備零件壽命及備品管理。
4. 製程與品質異常支援
- 配合生產部門處理設備相關品質異常。
- 協助進行設備驗證及製程確認。
- 執行異常事件調查及改善措施追蹤。
5. 文件與系統管理
- 維護設備履歷、維修紀錄及交接班紀錄。
- 更新設備 SOP 、 PM Check Sheet 及相關技術文件。
- 使用設備管理系統進行資料記錄與分析。
6. 持續改善
- 參與 Cost Saving 、設備優化及自動化改善專案。
- 推動 Error Proofing 及設備可靠度提升活動。
- 協助新設備導入及量產移轉。
