Who you are:

Natural Leader – Someone who can motivate a team to work as a cohesive unit!

Problem Solver – The ability to solve problems quickly and manage conflict effectively.

Organized Pro – A proven track record of operational organization and attention to detail.

Coffee Expert – Proficient in all Barista responsibilities with at least 1 year of industry experience.

Reliable & Committed – Punctual, coachable, and ready to work at least 20+ hours per week!

What you'll do:

Lead the Shift : Oversee operations, delegate tasks, and adjust staffing to keep the workflow smooth.

Coach & Train : Actively mentor Baristas, providing on-the-spot feedback and assisting in the training of new hires for success.

Ensure Quality : Uphold MOKA standards for beverage quality and customer service on every single order.

Manage Inventory : Assist with inventory counts and ordering to ensure we never run low on the good stuff.

Stay Accountable : Complete accurate shift reports and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shop for everyone.

What to expect:

Leadership Responsibility – You will report directly to the Assistant and General Managers to drive store success.

Fast-Paced Environment – A high-energy role where you'll be standing, moving, and multi-tasking.

Rain or Shine – We show up for our community 365 days a year, no matter what the forecast says!

Pay – Up to $19 an hour (this includes $3 in average tips based on 2025 data)
