Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.

Position Summary

The Shipping and Receiving Lead coordinates daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position provides hands-on leadership to warehouse employees, ensures materials are processed accurately and on time, and supports compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations.
• •Assign tasks and provide direction to warehouse team members.
• •Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming materials.
• •Prepare finished products and materials for shipment.
• •Verify quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• •Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records in the warehouse management system.
• •Coordinate with production, inventory control, planning, and logistics teams.
• •Investigate and resolve inventory, shipment, and receiving discrepancies.
• •Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, staged, and transported.
• •Monitor workflow to ensure shipping and receiving deadlines are met.
• •Train employees on departmental procedures, equipment use, and safety requirements.
• •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• •Support cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and continuous-improvement projects.
• •Escalate operational, safety, staffing, or quality concerns to management.
