Key Responsibilities

Goods Receiving & Inspection

• •Receive and verify incoming deliveries from customers and suppliers.
• •Inspect incoming goods for damage, quantity accuracy, and correct identification.
• •Review aerospace documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
• •Verify material certification and traceability requirements.
• •Accurately record and process incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
• •Report discrepancies, damage, or non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.

Storage & Inventory Control

• •Ensure materials and components are stored safely and accurately.
• •Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability at all times.
• •Support stock control activities and inventory audits.
• •Ensure materials are correctly labelled and identified.
• •Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Shipping & Dispatch

• •Prepare materials, components, and finished products for shipment.
• •Ensure products are packaged in accordance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• •Generate and verify shipping documentation and labels.
• •Coordinate shipments with approved couriers and freight providers.
• •Ensure all export and shipping documentation is completed accurately.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• •Adhere to company quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• •Maintain full traceability of aerospace materials and components.
• •Support internal and external audit activities as required.
• •Follow Environmental, Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and stores function.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• •Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or material handling environment.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• •Good organisational and planning skills.
• •Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• •Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• •Basic computer skills.
• •Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures.

Desirable

• •Experience within aviation, aerospace, medical device, manufacturing, semiconductor, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or other regulated industries.
• •Understanding of aerospace traceability requirements.
• •Forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.
• •Experience with export compliance requirements and shipping documentation.
• •Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• •Experience working within a quality-regulated environment.
• •Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our Ballyboughal, North County Dublin facility. Due to the location of the site, access to personal transportation is highly desirable.
