Shipping & Receiving Associate

Full-Time · Suamico, WI (On-Site)

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

RC Mowers is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on role supporting both sides of our operation. You’ll work alongside our Shipping and Receiving team members to help get customer orders out the door, receive incoming parts and materials, keep inventory moving accurately, and make sure both areas stay organized and running smoothly.

You’ll be cross-trained in both Shipping and Receiving, with the goal of becoming confident enough to independently cover either area when a teammate is out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pull, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

Process UPS shipments and assist with LTL and machine freight.

Prepare shipping paperwork and help coordinate freight pickups and deliveries.

Receive incoming parts, materials, and other deliveries.

Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips for quantity, accuracy, and condition.

Enter receiving and shipping transactions accurately in NetSuite.

Tag, label, stage, store, and route incoming materials.

Identify and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.

Move materials throughout the facility and help maintain accurate inventory locations.

Keep Shipping and Receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.

Assist with inventory counts and other material-handling needs.

Learn both Shipping and Receiving processes well enough to independently provide coverage when needed.

The shipping side of the position supports order fulfillment, UPS processing, freight preparation, documentation, and other daily shipping needs. On the Receiving side, the position supports PO verification, system receiving, labeling, discrepancy reporting, and getting materials staged and routed where they need to go.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable using computers and learning systems such as NetSuite and shipping software.

Dependable and able to work independently once trained.

Able to stay organized and adjust priorities throughout the day.

Willing to learn both Shipping and Receiving.

Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Previous forklift experience is helpful but not required. We will provide training.

WHAT THE SHOP IS LIKE

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM normal shift

Monday through Friday schedule

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a hands-on production job. You should be comfortable:

Standing and moving throughout the shift

Bending, reaching, lifting, and working around equipment

Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed

Working safely in a production environment
