Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Position Description and Purpose:

Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness.

Key Essential Functions:

• •Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
• •Creating BOLs
• •Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
• •Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities
• •Checking truck drivers IDs
• •Sealing trailers
• •Creating switcher/shuttle moves
• •Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda
• •Completing yard/refer checks
• •Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
• •Customer Service
• •Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
• •Any other clerical work that needs to be done
