The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $68,625 - $100,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This Is What You Will Do In This Role:

• •Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.
• •Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
• •Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.
• •Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
• •Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
• •Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.
• •Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.
• •Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• •Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
• •Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.
• •Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.
• •Effectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.

What We Are Looking For:

• •5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment
• •Demonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees
• •High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred.
• •Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions
• •Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• •Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
• •Forklift Certification preferred
