Shop Operator 2nd shift

We are looking for a Shop Operator 2nd shift located in Broken Arrow, OK supporting our Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) business.This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

Second shift generally starts at 3:15 pm and may be 8, 10 or 12 hours depending on the workload (with some weekend overtime as needed)

$20+ per hour based on prior experience with a $2.00 per hour shift differential

What You Will Do:

Assemble and repair products such as pumps and motors, following defined work instructions, and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment

Prepare and Coat surfaces of manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective materials (e.g. coating material, paint, varnish, blast)

Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Contribute to the departments continuous improvement culture

Some minor welding (if qualified)

Minimum Qualifications:

This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing

Read, understand and speak English

Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required

Atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system or skin may include fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation

Potential skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids

Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required
