Shopper Insights Client Manager

Dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Senior Consulting Manager who expects more from their career to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. You will be a trusted advisor for our retail and CPG clients, working side-by-side with them to ensure their success. Using customer insights derived from our data platform, you will own and develop a client plan that delivers recognizable value, client satisfaction and return on investment. You will work with Walmart Merchants and their market-leading CPG partners to help them use Walmart customer insights to place the customer at the heart of their collaborative decision-making.

What we expect from you

Mobility to be based in Bentonville

Client facing or stakeholder management experience

Knowledge of customer insights and consultative approach to selling

Experience with the SHOP/Shelf Review, Category management: assortment analytics, customer insight analytics

Accountable for all categories and CPGs within business unit

Support client leads across SBU categories

Responsible for team management / strategy/ structure and recruitment

Team career development plans and performance reviews

Commercial responsibility / strategic initiative identification across SBU

Identify new revenue streams

Own Senior level CPG & Merchandising relationship

Own DV account director relationship
