• Are you experienced MEAL Manager?

If so, you may be our new MEAL Manager.

• •You will:
• Support the planning and implementation of the PAP-08 Endline Study, including data collection tools and coordination with enumerators/staff.

Conduct refresher training on the data collection for project staff/ numerators.

Provide technical support to project staff/ numerators during Endline data collection

We expect you to be/have/be able to:

Ensure timely, accurate, and quality data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis.

Conduct/support outcome monitoring, data quality assessments, and evaluation activities.

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and draft and finalize the Endline Study report.

Document key findings, lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with MEAL, safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection requirements

Updated data collection tools and supporting documentation;

Cleaned, validated, and consolidated endline datasets;
